How to Apply

• Application Form is available on NHMP website: www.nhmp.gov.pk 
• Candidates (Women and Minority) are advised to fill within the entire form carefully, particularly ensure correct entries of gender, domicile, educational qualification, experience, date of birth and religion. 
• The recruitment is required to be carried out through Balloting, therefore, in order to ascertain the eligibility of the candidates for the applied post, attested copies of documents especially educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificate and relevant certificate/ document in case of minority candidate must be attached with application form. 
• Separate application form will be used to apply for more than one post. 
• Post, province and district of Domicile must be clearly mentioned in the application form. 
• Please complete the application form in all respects and send the same by courier/ registered mail to concerned Incharge, Recruitment Branch as mentioned above. Incomplete / late received applications/ applications sent to wrong addresses will not be entertained.

 INSTRUCTION

1. 05 years General age relaxation shall be provided in the upper age limit.
2. Government workers shall apply via appropriate channel.
3. Before inclusion in the ballots, candidates running for technical positions must pass the skill/competency test as per the Establishment Division's guidelines on balloting.
4. Original documents of the candidates applying for technical positions shall be reviewed both at the time of the skill / competence examination and before the Offer Letter is given.
5. Candidates will be examined at the time of final selection by the Federal government's appointed Civil Surgeon.
6. Character verification and background check will be carried out on chosen applicants. Selection shall be removed / cancelled immediately in the event of any unsatisfactory details or criminal record.
7. The chosen candidates ' records are to be checked at a later stage. If at any point any information is found to be false / incorrect, the claimant (even if he / she is employed) on such false / incorrect information is also liable to be dismissed from service as well as to bring legal action against him / her.
8. Upon nomination, the candidates selected shall be posted in the sector concerned, but due to the requirement of service, the candidates shall be liable to serve in the NHMP jurisdiction anywhere in Pakistan.
9. Throughout recruitment process, candidates are advised to keep their assigned mobile number operational.
10. No TA / DA will be issued for competency testing.
